Thank you for requesting me .

I noticed your request for a phone call. Unfortunately, that's not something I'm able to do.
I`m an expert that works from a remote location and not in a Just Answer office.
I'm happy to continue corresponding with you here directly on your question page.

Can I get the units model number from the inner face frame once the door is open?

Ok do you have a volt -ohm meter to do any testing ?

and what are the parts that you have replaced?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
we have a ohm meter, we have replaced thermal cutoff, high limit thermostat. Outlet thermistor, and the machine controller board..
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
We have replaced all the parts America can on the dryer any ideas why it's still not working?
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Hello
Expert:  Whrlp Master Tech replied 1 year ago.

Ok let`s remove the top panel if not already off.

Find the main control on the top left side and find the heater relay (black box ) it has a black and a red wire on it .remove the Red wire make sure it is not touching any thing/metal.

and start the unit test the terminal on the relay where the red wire was test it to the white P8-3 wire you should get 120 volts A/C

If you DO have voltage there test the NOW loose red wire to the same P8-3 white wire and let me know if you get voltage on the red to white wire test.

And sorry for the delay ,I have several customers at the same time ,Saturday!!

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Ok my husband is checking now
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
We have 120 volt
Expert:  Whrlp Master Tech replied 1 year ago.

On which test the terminal itself or testing the red wire?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Testing. The red wire
Expert:  Whrlp Master Tech replied 1 year ago.

Ok you`re doing that now? or that was the red wire that had 120 volts?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Oops left off the second half of your instruction doing now
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
22.28 volts at the red wire
Expert:  Whrlp Master Tech replied 1 year ago.

ok so the red wire should also have 120 volts A/C when the dryer is running

On that circuit is the thermal cut off , high limit thermostat ,heater and centrifugal switch in the motor .

lets first test the voltage to the heater to ground with the dryer running BUT with the RED wire still off the heater relay! should have 120 both legs of the heater to chassis ground .

Let me know what you get.

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
22.4 at both legs with the wire off
Expert:  Whrlp Master Tech replied 1 year ago.

ok and the unit is running during this test correct?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Expert:  Whrlp Master Tech replied 1 year ago.

ok if you were testing each red wire on the heating element to ground with the dryer running ,lets do one more test.

on the back of the dryer right where the cord attaches to the dryer we need to test the red wire to the white or green ground wire .

this is after you removed the cover where the cord attaches to the dryer.

This last test will tell us if it is a motor switch issue or a voltage issue to the dryer.

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Ok doing now
Expert:  Whrlp Master Tech replied 1 year ago.

No problem!

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Low voltage on the red side 22.3-
Expert:  Whrlp Master Tech replied 1 year ago.

ok red to the white on the power cord terminal block means you have a voltage issue coming to the dryer.

so go to the breaker box in the house find the dryer 30 amp breaker and turn it off then back on and do the red to white test once more please .

hoping turning the breaker off and back on will reset the breaker

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
We checked outlet and breaker discovered the breaker was only getting giving 22.3 volts just re
Expert:  Whrlp Master Tech replied 1 year ago.

ok it looks like you got cut off .I think you replaced the breaker?

If so does the unit now run and heat?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
