This indicates an overfill condition. The main board or case sensor assembly is bad here. Pull the unit out and remove the metal cover on the left side and see if you see any signs of leakage from the opaque plastic case sensor assembly- if you do then I would replace it. Disconnect the wire harness from the top of the assembly and see if the unit starts- if it does then replace the case sensor and if it does not then replace the board.
