Just replaced fill valve in DW80F600UTS SAMSUNG DISHWASHER

Customer Question

Customer: ***** *****. Just replaced fill valve in DW80F600UTS SAMSUNG DISHWASHER and it still won't fill (yes, I checked the supply line & made sure there's good pressure to the valve).
JA: Thanks. Can you give me any more details about your issue?
Customer: That's pretty much it - I've just replaced the ECS sensor, case brake & main circuit board (less than a month ago) for a different concern & it's been working since then until this problem showed up.
JA: OK got it. Last thing – JustAnswer charges a fee (generally around $18) to post your type of question to Appliance Experts (you only pay if satisfied). There are a couple customers ahead of you. We can help you for less if you're not in a rush. Are you willing to wait a bit?
Customer: Sure.
JA: OK. Now I'm going to take you to a page to place a secure deposit with JustAnswer. Don't worry, this chat is saved. After that, we will finish helping you.

After a minute or so, yes.

The main board has probably failed here as there is not going to be a problem with the other parts you replaced especially if the valve is never energized.

That's what I was afraid of. Thanks.

ok. part will still be in wty, so you should not have to pay again for it.
