Hello, this is Dave. Have you held the CANCEL button for 5 seconds? Let me know and we can see if maybe it is in demo mode? Do any buttons do anything?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
to answer Dave, it wont do a thing, have held the button more than once, has power

I think you started a new question on this? Let me know so we can cancel that one. We need to ender diagnostics to see if there is an error code. Here are the steps

1. Unplug the microwave

2. Open the microwave door

3. Press and hold the Off/Cancel button

4. While holding that button plug the oven back in

5. Release the button and close the door.

Let me know what comes up on the display.

did what you said, all that shows is error F9.Q touch communication
Expert:  Appliance Tech Dave replied 1 year ago.

Thanks, ***** ***** means that either the connection at the connector for the door touch control or the control itself is the problem.

Don't know what else to tell you, still doesn't work
Expert:  Appliance Tech Dave replied 1 year ago.

Yes, I understand. This will require a service call. You would not want to take the door apart yourself.
