Do you hear any fans or motors running or is the unit 100% silent?

Also, is the refrigerator or freezer cooling at all or are both sides room temperature?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
The fans are working, both sides are room temperature.

OK so the first thing you'll need to do is pull the refrigerator out and remove the lower back access panel. Touch the big black round compressor and is it room temperature, warm, or blazing hot? Is the fan next to the compressor running?
