The alarm isn't going to stop until it gets down to temperature unfortunately. This is just a warning to let you know that the unit is too warm. Once the temperature is down the beeping should stop. On the off chance that the door is the issue, just peel back the door seal when the door are shut and make sure the light is not on inside. If that all checks good, then just give it a few hours to cool down and the noise should go away.
