If the washer is still smelling bad are you on well water?

Well I am not sure what else could be causing the smell unless something is stuck inside the unit itself. Have you tried using the AFFRESH packs?

I have used the fresh packs several times and didn't help

OK only one of two things can cause this, either the water is causing the smell in the sump or there is gunk in the unit, that would require the unit to be taken apart though to clean.
