Customer Question

I have a bottom door freezer on my refrigerator and yesterday we noticed the freezer door on one side was not sealed tight like the other side. We can not figure out what we need to do to get both sides snug.

Hi, welcome to Just Answer. My name is ***** ***** I look forward to helping you! The most common cause of poor drawer closure is an obstruction in the drawer path. Is there anything that may be under or behind the drawer causing it not to close securely? How about in the front? If all is clear, the drawer glide may be failing. Does it roll smoothly, even though it is not closing all the way?

May I please have your model number so I am able to provide you with accurate, model specific information?
