Customer Question

I have a model GE GSL22jfxalb side by side and am replacing the start relay PTC part number wr07x10131. I did not notice when removing the color of the wires and where they go. there is a rust colored and black wire. please tell me does the black go nearest the capacitor or does it go at the edge of the relay. the one closest to the capacitor is located in the middle of the relay

Hello, this is Dave. The relay only has two terminals and the can be connected to either wire. Use the shorter wire to go to the closer terminal and the longer one to the farther one.
