Hello from JA
My name is Woody.
I will be glad to assist you today.
I have been servicing ALL Major Brands of Appliances for 35 Years,
and have over 100,000 in home repairs and over 80,000 internet repairs under my belt.

Can I please have the Full model number of the unit to better assist you ?
And W10502124A is NOT a model number.

open the dishwasher door on the tub face frame on the right side should be the units model /serial number tag.

Do you have a volt-ohm meter to test the heating element for continuity?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Expert:  Whrlp Master Tech replied 1 year ago.

ok so you can test the heating element to see if it is getting voltage at the heating element itself , but the unit will need to be uninstalled from the cabinet. or you can take the console off the door , and test the circuit for continuity.

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
I can do that
What should I look at if there is no voltage and the element is not open?
Expert:  Whrlp Master Tech replied 1 year ago.

The heating element is on the P4 connector on the control board P4-4 Blue /white and P4-3 Blue /red element should read 8-10 ohm

if the element is not open check the high limit thermostat on the under side of the sump left side of the sump ans if element is good thermostat is good then it has to be in the main control board .

Letr me know i can give you part numbers of any part you need.

I will get to work checking.
Thanks
