Can you tell me if the door has unlocked?

Thanks

Rob

Yes the door is unlocked

Expert:  Rob replied 1 year ago.

OK

When you turn the thermostat, do you hear it click when you turn it?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.

yes it clicks

Expert:  Rob replied 1 year ago.

Thanks

It sounds like the thermostat itself may have failed

Turn the oven on to its lowest setting.

Make sure that the door has not locked and take the temperature of the oven.

Keep increasing the thermostat in 50 deg steps and check the actual temperature with a thermometer.

Let me know the results

Tanks

On the warm cycle went all the way to 475 when put up to 250 degrees went over the 550 and shut off

Hi

THanks

OK I am assuming that this happened when you selected the bake setting and it showed that correctly in the display

In this case, the temperature sensor has failed and will need to be replaced

You should go here

Also check the wiring and trst the sensor as per the video

In the meantime,
