Either the door latch microswitches have gone bad or the main computer controller is bad and not seeing the input positions from the switches on the door latch. It can be fixed and would be cheaper to fix if it was just a bad door latch, which would be the most common thing to cause that issue. The only way to tell is to remove the door latch assembly and check the microswitches on the latch with an ohm meter to see if they are working correctly. If so you would have a bad board then on the unit.
