Hello and thanks for using this service, if you have been waiting do not worry or get upset I am just one of the techs on here and I try to get to as many customers as I can and I just picked up your question now. Please give me time to respond as typing, researching and adding links takes me time to do so please be patient and often I will ask you questions to narrow down the issue so do not rate me until we are done thanks.

We are on the honor system for our time, all I ask is please rate my service using the star rating link on your page before you leave. If you are not happy with the service please let me know before leaving a negative rating. This is the only way I am paid or credited through the site for my time. This will also allow you to get directly back to me for FREE follow up questions and tips are greatly appreciated! Thanks
You can shut the water off and press the dispenser button that should bleed all pressure out of the system to turn it out.
There may be water in the flood basin on the unit. Is the pump running on it?
No there is only one charge and I am only paid a small portion of that after a good rating is given, you can still come back as many times as needed for FREE after a rating. So please do rate my service at some point...thanks
For some reason the last post you received from me was not meant for you at all so disregard that. Have you shut the water off and pressed the dispenser then tried to pull out the filter yet?
OK with the new filter in have you turned the water supply back on? Also make sure the filter is in correctly and activate the water dispenser you should hear air or spurts of water coming out of it shortly. Make sure your water valve is fully open not partially especially if it is a saddle valve, crank it all the way open.
Do you have the child lock on or anything like that on the dispenser that would prevent water from activating at the door?
