Customer Question

My Samsung refrigerator freezer is not producing ice. I cannot pull the drawer out to have a good look at the ice maker.

You will need to unplug the fridge and wait until you can remove the bucket as it is frozen in place. It will take quite some time for that ice to melt away as it is insulated inside that ice room. You can try a hair dryer and blow air into the opening to speed this up, but don't overheat the plastic. After you get the bucket out then further work can be done to see why this happened.
