Customer Question

we have a ge dryer. the timer switch had to be changed. i wired it back just like the repairman wired the one that turned out to be the wrong one. It wont turn off when the switch is turned to the left off position. it turns off on the other 2 settings and this new switch turns off at the 40 minute time mark. could the wires be wrong?

OK, so when the guy replaced the timer the first time did it solve the original problem?

Does it have the same tags as the one you have fitted?

In the cabinet do you see a tech sheet and wiring diagram?
