Hoping a question about one of your ventilating fans can be answered here...
We had a FV0-5-11VK1 fan installed by a contractor last spring. For the first time today, it is coming on on it's own. Wall switch is in the off position. Wondering if there is some sensor in the unit that is turning it on. It's located in a bathroom, but no showering has gone on either.

Hi, welcome to Just Answer. My name is ***** ***** I look forward to helping you! There is no sensor that would automatically turn it on. Either the switch is faulty or there is a short in the wiring. I would have an electrician look at it in a timely matter, it could turn into a dangerous situation if it is a short in the wiring.
