Need Appliance Repair Help? Ask a Technician for Answers ASAP
Hello and thanks for using this service, if you have been waiting do not worry or get upset I am just one of the techs on here and I try to get to as many customers as I can and I just picked up your question now. Please give me time to respond as typing, researching and adding links takes me time to do so please be patient and often I will ask you questions to narrow down the issue so do not rate me until we are done thanks. So let’s get started!
Brad this issue is actually fairly common, just ran into this on the same unit. If you want to fix it you need to remove the innner panel screws on the door to separate the door panel from the front panel. Once off you will see a white piece of plastic spanning the length of the inner door near the bottom. For whatever reason whoever installed it at the factory left the left or right side too low. Normally it is the left side. Take the screw out raise the plastic and punch a new hole in the plastic lining it up with the screw hole that will fix it.
We are on the honor system for our time, all I ask is please rate my service using the star rating link on your page before you leave.
