Hi, welcome to Just Answer. My name is ***** ***** I look forward to helping you! There should be a smaller orifice that was installed. You may have the orifice for that small burner in one of the other burners, this is very common. Does one of the other smaller burners have a very small flame?

May I please have your model number so I am able to provide you with accurate, model specific information?
