Hi, what are the temps inside the refrigerator and freezer? If the compressor is running, you may have a freon leak. If the compressor is not running, the timer may be faulty. Do you hear the fan inside the freezer section running?

Thank you. Is the compressor on the back running?

What is the compressor. There is a clicking noise coming from back every couple of minutes

Yes, that is the compressor trying to start. That's why the unit is not cooling is because the compressor is not running. You either have a faulty start device on the left side of the compressor or a locked up compressor.

You will need to unplug the machine and remove the start device and test it with a volt/ohm meter. If the start device is faulty, it will cost roughly $150 to fix. If the compressor is toast, it will cost around $500 to fix..We work on the honor system here at Just Answers. Were not credited for our work until you rate our answers positively. I'm sure it is. It's been trying to start and can not. You have an overload relay issue or a locked up compressor for sure. We work on the honor system here at Just Answers.
