can you see the icemaker fingers turn? and verify it has power ?..

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
they are not turning because there is no ice there
Expert:  Randy 43 replied 1 year ago.

they ill still turn regardless if there is ice or water ,im just trying to determine if the icemaker has power ,and how you know its not getting water ?

Expert:  Randy 43 replied 1 year ago.

it could be a bad icemaker or the fill tube can be frozen

Expert:  Randy 43 replied 1 year ago.

do you have a multi meter ?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Well, there is water at the water outlet on door, but no water goes into the ice tray to make ice and I don't know how the thing turns unless there is cubes to be deposited in tray
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
no I don't want to call, I don't want to spend more money for something until I know we can fix it

no

ok , ill opt out ,i think you are looking for a simple solution ,it may be just a frozen fill tube or the icemaker is faulty ,i dont want to steer you into buying a new icemaker ..ill repost your question
