I have a maytag bravos quiet series 300 washer. It stopped

Customer Question

I have a maytag bravos quiet series 300 washer. It stopped working and said LD. Remover the drum and the clothes/money blocking the drain. Now when I turn it on. All that happens is the pump runs, nothing else? Checked the screens on the water hose hookup, no deposits...can't figure out why nothing happens

Hello from JA

Can I please have the Full model number of the unit to better assist you ?
If the drain pump is running then the control board still thinks the unit has water in it .

It is not a water inlet valve problem!

Do you have a Volt -Ohm meter to be able to do any component testing?

No I dont

Ok with out a meter you have no way of preforming any tests.

And the LD is of course (long drain) you did not say if there was still water in the unit or not.

So is there standing water in the washer at this time?

And if the pump is running is it pumping?
