How to I eliminate water dripping on floor during defrost cycle.

If you open the freezer drawer is there water/ice on the floor inside the freezer?

not now, but I think I did drop some ice cubes down there about a month ago

This info is not in owner's guide.

Hi, welcome to Just Answer. My name is ***** ***** I look forward to helping you! The water is dripping out the front because the defrost drain is plugged. You will need to thaw the drain at the bottom of the evaporator tray, number 2 in the diagram at the link below. To access this tray for thawing and cleaning, the rear panel from inside the freezer (number 4) will need to be removed. Once that drain is clear, you should have no more dripping at the front.
