My stand up freezer is not circulating air, only the bottom

Customer Question

My stand up freezer is not circulating air, only the bottom is freezing, how do I fix this?

Hi, when this happens it means the fan inside the freezer has failed or is blocked with ice. You need to remove the back panel inside the freezer and make sure the blade on the fan is spinning freely. If it is, replace the fan motor because it's failed.
