Customer Question

My 9 year LG French door refrigerator is now producing a running water sound. I don't see any water coming from the fridge. What is the potential problem?

Hello, this is likely just freon moving through the tubing when the unit is running or in defrost. That is commonly mistaken for a water running sound. Nothing to worry about at all. If you are not seeing any water then it can only be the freon moving through the evaporator tubing.
