I have a 14 year old jenn-air dishwasher that will not drain. The circuit board and handle were replaced last year.

Hello does the drain pump run and where does drain line go on the unit..to the disposal or a siphon gap by the sink faucet?

no the drain pump does not run-the dishwasher is not hooked up to a disposal

OK so nothing starts up and does the START button blink or do anything at all? Also do all the buttons work on the unit?

OK can you take apart the door to check the door latch the latch switch may be bad. You have to remove all the inner panel screws to separate the door to check the latch switch out. They often go bad and cause that issue.
