My LG refrigerator is no longer cooling. It is still under

Customer Question

Hi - I'm Geoff. My LG refrigerator is no longer cooling. It is still under warranty and LG seem incapable of getting anyone here within 2/3 weeks. Someone already changed the main PCB but it didn't help.

Hello, is the freezer fan running and compressor running...also have you removed the back panel inside the freezer to check the evaporator?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
No idea; No idea; and how do I reach the back panel to check the evaporator.
Expert:  Appliance Guru replied 1 year ago.

Ok do you know if the compressor is running and are you getting any cooling at all?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
At this moment it seems that the compressor is running. Temp in freezer is down to +5F, whereas over the last few days the temp has been sitting between +20 and +30F.

OK it may be working ok, it is hard to say as the temps seem right. If you rate my service today you can get back to me anytime in the future for FREE followup questions on this issue.

Now the temp is back around +12F and climbing. Not sure what to do.

You may have a sealed system issue, can you get to the evaporator to check the frost pattern?
