I have a HSS25GFTAWW hotpoint. Just stopped working. Lights

Customer Question

I have a HSS25GFTAWW hotpoint. Just stopped working. Lights on inside fridge and freezer. Control panel won't light up. However, I removed it, and verified I was getting 2.5V DC on some of the wires coming in. I pulled panel off back, verified getting 120V AC to main panel, and that it thas a 5V DC output on many of the pins in the topmost plug. However - there is not sound from the fridge. No fan. No compressor.

You should be getting 12 to 13 volts DC on the main board , not 2.5 or 5 - replace the main board.
