Ok do the buttons just blink when pressed or does anything blink when pressed?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Nothing blinks. It's as if I wasn't pressing them.

Ok try to reset the unit by shutting the power off to the unit for 1 full minute and turning it back on, if that does not clear the issue the touchpad is defective, which is extremely common. IT IS PART #1 at this link CLICK HERE

All I ask is please rate my service before leaving as that is the only way I am credited for helping thanks!

I couldn't turn the power off. The dishwasher must be plugged in behind. I went outside to the power panel and turned off every single circuit breaker, incl. the one that controls the computer I am typing on and could not turn off the HiTemp Scrub light!

Yes the touchpad is bad on it. These touchpads often fail due to humidity getting in between the membrane, it has been a real issue.

I will give you a rating after I have a technician come over and fix the dishwasher. Then I will know if your diagnosis was right.

Thank you for your advice so far. I will be back with a rating!
