Customer Question

I have Miele Novotronic w 1926 washing machine and just cleaned the Filter behind the little in the lower left front corner
Had to drain the fluid in the process
Now, trying to "prime the ball valve" by pouring 2 liters water into the detergent tray but water runs straight out the spigot next to the filter

When you drained the water out of the little hose, did you pull of the end cap?

Have you refitted this?

Thanks

Hi

.THanks

OK, you may have the type where the hose is attached to the door?

If so, this is seled automatically when you fully tighten the filter

Try taking the filter out and make sure the seal is not worn and that the part inside the housing, where the seal sits, is not damaged or rough with limescale

Thanks

Rob
