Need Appliance Repair Help? Ask a Technician for Answers ASAP
Sherry, you may have a control board issue. The compressor may not be running. You can try to unplug the unit for one full minute and plug it back in. If the compressor does not start up then you have a control issue. Verify the compressor is running by removing the lower panel behind the unit and see. Then call for service as the repair would be expensive and not worth trying on your own.
All I ask is please rate my service thanks!
