I have an old electric cooktop model tmh45p. The cooktop has power but none of the burners are heating up. Any clues?

If none of the burners are heating, you have likely lost the L2 side of the power supply that will only affect the heat. Any lights will still work from the other side of the power supply (L1). Do you have a meter to test voltage with? Turn breaker off and back on a few times, any change?
