Is the evaporator fan running and the compressor and fan by the compressor?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
No to the first one
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
The freezer is working fine
Expert:  Appliance Guru replied 1 year ago.

OK if that fan is still not running you need to replace the control board behind the unit. The board controls the fan and if you have replaced the fan and it still does not work you have a bad control board, which is very common on that unit. Here is a link to the part CLICK HERE

All I ask is please rate my service thanks!

I am not sure I am following this correctly, in the original question the temps were stated at 68 so of these temps are right what is the issue?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
The fridge temp was too high at 68 and could not bring it down to the usual 46
Expert:  Appliance Guru replied 1 year ago.

ok but now it is ok and can you the temps to 37 and 0? That is where they should be set to. If you have the freezer set too cold that can cause an issue and it will start to warm up in the refrigerator section
