How do you know it is a short circuit? What happens exactly?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
if I plug the appliace to the mains, the fuse will go off.

Well then you have a dead short. This would be hard to troubleshoot without being on site, Basically you need to start unplugging things on it to narrow it down to an area and then go from there with a meter to see what wire is shorted to the frame. This could be a bad wire a bad control, it is just hard to say and there is no easy way to troubleshoot this issue I am afraid to say.

No problem all I ask is please rate my service thanks and good luck

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Although it didn`t help me to see where the problem was, it gave me a sense of realism, when facing situations like this. You need a technician to check "on site" the appliance, to make sure where the problem is.
It was an excellent service on your side. Thanks again !
