I have a GE model PSH23PGSA CV. I have ice accumulation in the refrigerated side, behind the top drawer. Any idea why?

That is from the drain more than likely when it goes into defrost. You need to take it apart and check the drain..it is probably frozen up.

If I empty and let the ice melt, would that most likely rectify the problem or do you think the drain is somehow clogged?
