we just purchased a sears French door refrigerator.. The freezer is accumulating crystals of I guess it ice on the top drawer and on the bottom of the fridge itself. This appliance is only 2 weeks old. What could the problem be.

Hi, this issue is usually because an air leak. Warm air travels inside and hits the cold air and causes this issue. The door gasket usually needs to be adjusted with a blow dryer or sometimes replaced. The door could have been pinched to hard when they carried it in or something like that. We see it all the time. Try running a blow dryer around the seal and pushing in gently to make sure the seal is tight and making good contact all around.
