Customer Question

GE Profile Refrigerator > Model PFSS6PKWASS > Serial MM072771 (Model 26 Owner’s Manual)
Clogged Defrost Drain (Upper Refrigerator unit) is causing Drain to overflow and collect below Deli Tray.
For the large tray Cover on the back of the Refrigerator unit, I can take out all visible screws and release the 8 tabs (4 on each side), however, the top part of the Tray Cover does not release. It seems to be stuck at the Top in the area of the GE Profile emblem. It wiggles, but does not release.

The issue is it is frozen. You need to either let the unit defrost completely or pretty much risk breaking a bunch of molded styrofoam and buying a new back panel. This design is poor for this and happens all the time.
