Customer Question

Hello, Our Bosch dishwasher was near the end of its cycle and the dishwasher won't pump the water out of the bottom of the unit. It sounds as if the pump is trying to pump but it cycles every second or two. Also, none of the lights on the control panel will light.

Either the pump is jammed or bad. You would need to remove the pump from the unit or try and clean it. Depending on the age they go bad often, but here is a video to assist you with trying to clean it. You will have to suck the water out with a shopvac though. Also check your drain to make sure the siphon gap or drain line is not blocked as well.
