So E15 is a shorted control board error. Sometimes you can flip the circuit breaker off to the cooktop and that will reset the error. If not, then you have a shorted control board which would need to be replaced.
The boards are usually $400 plus I'm sorry to say.

OK then unfortunately the front user interface board would need to be replaced because that error is stating that the main control board can't communicate with the front interface control board.
That is going to be a big problem for service unfortunately. You'd need to contact Electrolux to see if you have any parts options, I'm not sure what to say.
