Customer Question

We recently bought two True Built three door coolers used. They worked fine before we moved them to our new location and now they will not cool down. During the move they were laid on thier side. We also are in a historic building and wonder if there isn't enough power

Hi.. let me see if I can help...

Laying a refrigerated appliance on its sides back or front is always a bad idea.... refrigerant and oil move to the lowest points...and if that is the condenser or evaporator...refrigerant wont flow properly to cool... I would suggest contacting your local repair facility and having them vacuum out the systems...and then refill with coolant...

Hope this helps
