Thanks for counting on us to help with your appliance problem. My name is ***** ***** I look forward to helping you! The agitator will just pull up and off from the bell coupling. It is not screwed on but it will require some force. There are plastic tabs that secure the agitator to the bell coupling. The oil is from the transmission. That part will probably need to be replaced. It is not serviceable.
