Customer Question

I have a front loader washing machine (a bit older) but have never had any problems with it. I went to start it, and I select the cycle, water, etc. -- all of the lights are on -- and when I push "start" ... everything turns off? I have done it over and over. Tried to unplug and replug hoping to "reset" or something, but it continues to do the same thing.
