Hello, this is Dave. There are a few things that can cause this but let's start with the simple things first. Can you confirm there is good contact at the connections in the supply box in the dishwasher. It is on the right side behind the bottom panel. The wires from the house connect to the dishwasher wires with wire nuts and sometimes it can be a bad connection. Turn off the power to make the check.

Is there a 120v plug connected to the dishwasher that goes to a standard wall outlet?
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
yes

Okay, my suggestion is to start at the connector box where the power cord comes into the dishwasher. The cord is connected to the dishwasher wires with twist wire nuts. Take them off one at a time to confirm good contact and reinstall.

I am happy to help you if you are able and willing to do some testing but there is no magic "reset" in this case. Let me know what you would like to do.
