Thanks for counting on us to help with your appliance problem. My name is ***** ***** I look forward to helping you! Either the wash motor is not getting energized or is not working. The motor is most likely to fail. After it fills, do you hear the wash motor humming or buzzing at all?
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
No

So you need to check the wiring between the main control and the motor. If they are good, the issue likely has to be related to the control unless the motor thermal is open. Do you have a meter to test voltage to the motor?
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
No sounds just goes quite nothing happens until shut unit off then when I restart it will pump out
