Customer Question

I have a GE AVC front loading washing machine that is about 6 yrs. old. It has started to pause on its own. At first it was infrequently, now its every few seconds. If I stand & monitor it I can finally get a load done.

Thanks for counting on us to help with your appliance problem. My name is ***** ***** I look forward to helping you! The issue likely lies with the front User Interface control. Do the buttons feel like they always have, not sticking or wedged at all? The plastic buttons are common to break and become wedged in the console panel.

Not very helpful. Nothing was sicking or was broken. I called in a repair man & he advised me to get a new machine.

I do not agree with the repairman, he got an easy service call fee, but it sounds like you have made a decision. Take care.
