Customer Question

I have a dometic 2193, it failed. I don't know why it failed it is in a tent trailer and space
is tight all vents and refer are factory installed (trailer manufacture) I do keep it level
always with in 1/4 bubble or less. I looked at a new trailer it had a air block or restriction between the upper and lower vents. would this be correct?

Hi, welcome to Just Answer. My name is ***** ***** I look forward to helping you! Venting could certainly cause some issues with it not cooling properly, but it will not usually cause a complete failure. What exactly is the refrigerator doing, or not doing, as the case may be?
