If you set the dryer to timed dry and watch it for 10 or 15 minutes, does the timer advance on "timed dry" mode?

No and we replaced trimmer 2 times it's not the dryer

Please try it again then because what you're saying doesn't make sense. My guess is that it advances on timed dry but won't advance on auto dry.

Sorry I can not help you because what you say makes no sense and isn't possible unless you miswired the timer or have 3 bad timers which I've never seen happen. You need to recheck your facts.
