Customer Question

I overloaded the tub, and the washing machine cut off. I've checked all the breakers. I have also removed all the items from the tub and removed all the water left in the tub. The dryer is stacked on top and it will turn on, but they are on separate plugs. I'm afraid I've burned the motor out. Can you help? Thanks.

Do you have a model number so I can better assist you? If this is an all-in-one stack unit, the model will be on a sticker just inside the dryer door way.

It is not an all in one unit. It's two units stacked.
