Turn the washer to spin and look at the locked light on the control panel. Does the locked light illuminate after a few minutes when the washer is trying to spin?

Thanks for counting on us to help with your appliance problem. My name is ***** ***** I look forward to helping you! There are three switches on that model that monitor the drum assembly for movement. You likely have a faulty switch or a broken wire. If you remove the rear panel from the timer console, you will see a blue wire connection with two wires in it on the right side (facing the rear of the washer). You can disconnect that Molex connector to place a jumper there to bypass the tub switches. Also, if the pressure switch "sees" water in the tub, it will not spin. Does the tub just tumble back and forth with the pump running?
