Customer Question

Hello, I just moved into a new house and the fridge and freezer dont get very cold at all, regardless of the setting. Im wondering if the previous owner (who had moved out) put some energy saving setting on?

No, the fridge would not act like that if some setting were engaged- it still needs to stay cold regardless. Something is wrong here and that will take some investigating to figure out, so post back if that is what you want to do otherwise I have answered exactly what you wanted to know.
