Thanks for counting on us to help with your appliance problem. My name is ***** ***** I look forward to helping you! If it is totally dead, the monitor switch probably shorted and opened the fuse. That can happen if the door is pushed in too firmly. There are several switches that must be in position when the door is closed and opened. Do you have a meter to test the fuse, shown as number 114 in the diagram at the URL below?
